I’m a fairly passionate person, and take pride in the work I perform, so I find it easy to work here because of the same kind of passion at the executive level. My role has changed so much since I first started – we’ve really stepped up. The world of commercial retail maintenance has evolved drastically and we’ve done a good job of staying ahead of it. Every time a change has been necessary, it has always been innovative. A lot of companies haven’t been able to adapt as well as we have.

Our core values were built in to the culture of Divisions before we ever put them down on paper, and the people who are successful here are the ones who inherently have these qualities. In the field, we have to be very self-motivated, so living up to the core values is the only way we can be successful.

I like working in the field because it’s a critical cog in this machine. I enjoy the environment and feel like I can be successful in it. The field is the front line, and one of the major driving forces of Divisions. I feel a personal responsibility for growing the organization.
