“I have worked in a number of places where there was more of an emphasis on personal advancement; every person for themselves.  Here at Divisions, I work with people who perform together so each person has a chance to individually grow with the team.  Divisions has grown a lot in the two years I have worked here.  There is always work to be done and there is always a team behind you.
 From past customer service experience, I would work with plenty of unsatisfied customers who never seemed pleased to speak with us.  Here at Divisions, I am always on the phone with customers and providers who are friendly and eager for assistance to fix a problem.  We almost never deal with unhappy customers.   It’s as if they know we’re here to help and we will keep that promise to get the job done.
