“When I first started working here four years ago, Divisions was a small company that had been experiencing a lot of positive growth.  I knew that there was an opportunity for me to professionally grow as well and I was excited about that opportunity.  With growth comes change and with change comes learning.  I quickly learned to use passion and find out what has been successful in the past and repeat that over and over.  Find a process that works and stick with it.  Divisions has a process.  We have a very successful process that creates an exciting environment to work in.  Our culture is rare.  I have never worked in a place as united as Divisions.  There really is passion and care behind everything we do.
